Thanks to the enhanced SubWave sonar technology, the Garmin Descent T2 Transmitter adds diver communication to pressure monitoring. Users can now connect up to 8 Descent T2 transmitters to their compatible Garmin dive computer and monitor their buddies' (or students') air while sharing pre-set messages.
You can now monitor air pressure, depth, remaining battery, use rate and remaining time for multiple types of diving. Additionally, if you use one of the Descent Mk3i computer series, you can even communicate pre-set messages with your buddies up to 30 metres away.
Check your and your buddies' (or students') dive profile, viewing up to 8 cylinders at once within a range of up to 10 meters.
