As per most Halcyon products, the Aluminium Backplate requires an immense amount of behind-the-scenes work in order to create the perfect plate for the demanding diver!
A great amount of research goes into the Halcyon backplates, as they have been improved over the years, in order to achive the highest-quality finish with the best materials available.
The Halcyon backplates features small details that separate them from the others, like the unique bends near the bottom of the plate, which create an ergonomic curve increasing diver comfort, or using only the highest quality materials and sophisticated CNC machines to mill every edge so these backplates don't present any sharp edges, common with competitors' plates.
On top of this, machine polishing is augmented by individual handwork, perfecting both form and function.
