The Halcyon Cinch Quick Adjust provides easy and quick adjustment of the diving harness to make it easier to slip in and out of your harness system. It gives enough resistance to not allow the harness to move freely, but will allow for easy adjustments of the harness by pulling the harness tighter by pulling your waist straps or making it looser by pulling the harness close to your shoulders.
