The 0.5kg lead dive weight is an ingot weight that's ideal for weight pockets and trim pockets. By using small weights (and small weight increases or decreases), divers can change the weights they use easily.
These weights do not have holes, so they can not be threaded on to a weight belt. They can be used with pocket belts though.
