These 1.0kg lead ingots are ideal for weight integrated bcd pockets and for trim pockets. They're small and solid and can be used to increase or decrease your weight in smaller steps than the large 3lb weights.
Please note these weights do not have holes, so they can only be used with pocket weight belts, not with the threaded type.
