The standard 3lbs (about 1.3kg) threadable weight belt weights are ideal to slide on your weight belt or put in your BCD pockets. They're the standard size with two large holes to slide them on or off your weight belt.
Most divers use these to make up the bulk of their weight. For small weight adjustment we recommend the 0.5kg or 1kg ingots.
Please note: these weights are made by hand and can vary between 1.2kg and 1.4kg.
